I have used this app for 10 months now. It has helped me to develop many new good habits, and my life has improved. I have lost weight, feel happier , have improved work performance, and my home life has improved ...
I setup just a few habits at first about diet and sleep, and once I had succeed gradually added some more. After successfully using the app for several months, and believing I had developed good habits , I stopped for 2 months ... I gained weight, was tired, work performed dropped, and home life degraded .. Things got better once I started to use the app again .. I now consider this app essential to keep my life in top gear.
The user interface is a pleasure to use because it is quick to enter my results each day. and the ability to customize habits to my needs is very important.
I recommend you start slow, just a few simple habits.. Once you experience success, then add more.
