Youll be amazed at what you can do!!!

I started using this app to build some good habits and take on some new skills to learn using the approach to do a little bit every day. This app really keeps you honest and Im amazed at what Ive been able to do by adding a little bit every day. My list has grown so much its amazing!!

Has Become A Go-to App

This app has become essential to me in developing consistent habits. The layout is simple and intuitive. The only negative is adding a new journal makes all the old journals sum to less than 100%. My workaround is to go back in time and Mark "skip" for the periods I was not tracking this item.

Best habit tracking app

I had been looking for an app to organize and track my habits for a while before coming across Way of Life. Its everything I was looking for and more. Makes entering data simple, enables you to view the data in a variety of ways, and I didnt know Id like the note taking function. You will never regret paying for an app that can have such a positive impact on your life.

Great! I use it everyday

Easy and INVITING to use. Get to see if you are or arent doing whats important to you. It is a tad more than most apps, but youll forget the extra few dollars in a day or so, especially if you use it. If youre serious - not neurotic - about your personal growth, this will help you. NEVER DESPAIR!!

Helpful but could be better

Ive been using Way of Life for years and find it helpful. Its improved my accountability and I love that. Id love it, though, if the app had an option to set weekly goals instead of daily (i.e.: Run 3 days a week, clean kitchen once per week, etc) and Id also love to see more statistics or added motivation.

Love this app!

This app helps me keep track of things I should and shouldnt be doing. I track when I exercise, eat out, get depressed, cant sleep, forget meds, etc. You can track a lot of activities on the free version, I have no need to pay for the full version.
